Does Money Really affect Job Performance? Money, salary or employee remuneration is often described as reward or compensation received by employees for doing their work done. According to my opinion yes because everyone work for money. Basic and others human needs force people to do job. And as a result if job has no good reward; it’ll demotivate employees as well as poor performance.

  • Good Salary reduce absenteeism among employees.
  • Good salary reduce disciplinary problems.
  • It increase income security and as a result more loyal workers.
  • Good pay mean more job satisfactions and less problem for employer for finding new workers.
  • Less financial worries for employees and as a result increased work performance.

The companies those pay good wages have good repute among customers so as result more loyal customers mean more profit. This is article purely based on my personal opinion and according to my opinion Pay and Performance have positive link.

No doubt money has significant impact on worker performance because if you have money; you won’t be facing basic problems like food, clothing etc.
